I stopped by with some friends here because we had been craving Bubble Tea. The customer service was incredible, the owner was getting orders at the desk and he was super lovely and helpful while we were ordering. We ordered - Three classic bubble teas - One summer love - Two taro coconuts Everyone was super happy with their orders, and we definitely recommend this place!!!

Was here 18 months ago and again today. Tea list is forever changing, less fruit tea and more on jelly bases teas. got a mango one and it was good. Perfect sweetness with lots of jelly and mango fruits. Good vibe and a nice place to relax and chill. Friendly service too. Missing the residential dogs though. 5

Really enjoyed our quick lunch here. We wanted a break so went in here and were very satisfied with our rice boxes and drink. The atmosphere was cool and clearly catering to the hip and young but everyone is welcome. Try them out and enjoy their offerings

Great milk tea. A further away from the center of the city but worth the walk. Not overly sugary and the tea taste was just right. Light sugar. Tone of options here to try and good WiFi.

The staff are very friendly and helped me pick out the best drink which was the mango pomelo sago . I recommend coming here before testing your luck on other boba spots.

Yes go go... go get an amazing refreshing bubble tea from i am with! Staff were wonderful, kind, patient and helpful with any questions we had. There is seating inside. (Heads up door is automatic, may have to open it but it will close on its on) and a restroom for customers inside as well. Quiet place, easy to grab a refresher and sit and relax or work/study. Make the stop, add it to your list this was a great place in Florence for bubble tea. Highly recommend the Boba de strawberry, or oversold shake or creme de caramel. So good!

A very cute place! The drinks are really tasteful, and staff is so nice . I got a matcha coffee, and it is delicious. Make sure to come here if you need some me-time or a gossip session with a long-time-no-see friend! I sat near the door and decided to do people watching. Very cozy!
